How do I set up ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing?
Go to Settings → Tax & Compliance → ZATCA. Enter your VAT number, connect your Fatoorah credentials, and Commercely handles the rest automatically. The entire setup takes under 10 minutes.
Can I import my existing product catalogue?
Yes. Commercely supports bulk import via Excel/CSV with up to 10,000 SKUs per file. You can also import directly from Salla, Zid, or WooCommerce stores. Go to Inventory → Import → and select your source.
How many users can I add to my account?
Launch plans include 3 users. Scale plans include 15 users with role-based permissions. Enterprise plans have unlimited users with custom permission groups. You can always upgrade.
Does Commercely work offline?
Yes. The Commercely POS app works fully offline. Sales, receipts, and inventory updates are cached locally and sync automatically when the connection is restored. Ideal for markets, pop-ups, and locations with unstable internet.
How do I process a refund or return?
In the Orders section, find the order and click 'Process Return'. Select the items, choose restock or discard, and confirm. The system automatically generates a credit note compliant with ZATCA requirements.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
